  • In the rare case a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

  • Orders are handled within 1–2 business days and shipped with a 2–4 business day transit time.

  • Shipping costs a flat rate of £7 per order, shown clearly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Our full return and refund terms are outlined in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, with refunds issued within 7 business days of an approved return.
