How long does shipping take?
Orders are handled within 1–2 business days, then shipped with a 2–4 business day transit time. Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days total.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of £7 per order, shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. If you are interested in delivery elsewhere, email us at support@vivantique.uk and we will see what we can do.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@vivantique.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.

All prices on vivantique.uk are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP).

Are your products in stock when I order?
We only list products that are currently available. If an item sells out unexpectedly, we will notify you immediately and offer a replacement or full refund.

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations can occur depending on your screen settings and display configuration.
