Currency
All prices on vivantique.uk are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and international processing fees.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider used worldwide. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers — your payment information is encrypted and handled directly by Stripe.
When You Are Charged
Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.

If your payment is declined, please check with your card issuer or try an alternative payment method. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@vivantique.uk with your order details and we will look into it right away.
Refunds
